Veal Cutlets (or Chops) in Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  1. - veal cutlets or chops
  2. - beaten egg
  3. - milk
  4. - salt and pepper
  5. - garlic butter for frying pan
  6. - sour cream
  7. - chopped chives and parsley
  8. 2 - tomato wedges for each cutlet
  9. - sour cream for extra gravy

Directions:

Combine beaten egg, milk, salt and pepper. Dip cutlets in the mixture.

Brown cutlets in garlic butter in frying pan.

Place in baking pan or oven-proof dish. Spoon sour cream over each chop; sprinkle with chopped chives and parsley.

Place 2 tomato wedges on each cutlet. Cook in 300 degrees F oven for about 1/2 hour.

Remove chops. Add sour cream to browning on bottom of dish to make extra gravy. Heat and serve.
