Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground Round
  2. 1 - medium Sweet Onion chopped
  3. 1/4 cups - Green Pepper (optional) chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  5. 1 cups - Flour
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Oregano
  7. 1 cans - (15-oz.) Tomato Sauce
  8. 2 cups - (8-oz) Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  9. 1 cups - Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  10. 2 - Eggs
  11. 1 cups - Milk
  12. 1 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  14. 2 tablespoons - Parmesan Cheese grated
  15. - Pepperoni (optional)

Directions:

Brown meat, add onion & green pepper. Add 2 tablespoons flour and oregano. Mix. Add tomato sauce. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes. Put mixture in greased 9x13 casserole pan. Sprinkle with cheeses and add pepperoni.

Beat eggs, milk, oil, salt and 1 cup of flour. Stir in Parmesan Cheese. Pour over meat mixture in pan. Bake uncovered at 425° for 25-30 minutes until browned.
