Ingredients:

  1. 200 grams - Grated Coconut Siloni Kopru
  2. 1 cups - Milk
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Ghee
  4. 1 teaspoons - Malai
  5. 1 cups - Rose Petals
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar
  7. 3 drops - Red Food Color
  8. 1 teaspoons - Ghee
  9. 100 grams - Molo Mawo
  10. 1 cups - Sugar
  11. 1 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
  12. - Silver Varakh As Required

Directions:

Mix coconut and milk and rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterwards, if feels dry you can add some more milk.
Heat ghee, add malai and rose petals, sugar and red food color and cook.
In a pan, add ghee and add coconut mixture, molo mawo, and sugar and mix. Now turn on the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until thick. Now add cardamom powder.
Make two portions and add rose mixture in one portion.
Make the first layer in a thali until cool. Make rose layer and add silver varakh on top.
Rest for 5 to 6 hours and serve.
