Ingredients:
- 14 ounces - caramels
- 1/2 cups - evaporated milk
- 1 boxes - German chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/3 cups - water
- 3/4 cups - butter
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cups - chopped pecans
- 1 cups - chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix cake mix, water, margarine, and eggs. Beat 2 minutes. Pour 1/2 batter into 9x13 greased pan. Bake 350 for 10 minutes (until not wet in the middle). Melt caramels and milk. Pour over cake to 1/2 inch from edge. Sprinke nuts and chocolate chips and cover with rest of cake batter. Bake 25-30 more minutes.
