Directions:
Defrost turkey in a paper bag in the fridge for multiple days depending on the size. Refer to package details.
Remove gizzards, liver and heart. Rinse Turkey under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Take butter and smear all over turkey on the outside. Salt and pepper. Take strips of aluminum foil and wrap legs and wings.
Break up/dice white bread into super small chunks. Mix 2 eggs and 1/2 C. Milk with 1 tablespoon of butter, Add more milk if too dry. Salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff both ends of the turkey with this mixture. Put Turkey into a turkey bag, then put whole turkey into a roaster pan. Stab bag with a fork a few times putting holes into the bag. Add 3 cups of water to the bottom of the pan around the bag.
Bake turkey per directions on container, roughly 4-6 hours depending on the size.
Right before turkey is done cooking, discard drippings into a large sauce pan. Measure amount of drippings. Should have more than 3 cups. Add 1 Cup of water, and 1 Cup of Milk to drippings. Take 1 Cup of Milk and add 4 tablespoons of corn starch until smooth. Add to the rest of the mixture, and heat until boiling. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Serve turkey, dressing and gravy! Goes great with all the thanksgiving extra's!
