Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
  2. 1 pounds - Ground Turkey
  3. 1 - Chopped Onion
  4. 2 cups - Unsalted Chicken Broth
  5. 1 cans - 28 oz crushed tomatos
  6. 1 cans - 16oz kidney beans rinsed, drained, mashed
  7. 1/2 cups - Carrots chopped
  8. 1/2 cups - Celery chopped
  9. 1/2 cups - Bell Pepper chopped
  10. 1 teaspoons - Montreal Steak Seasoning
  11. 1 tablespoons - Minced Garlic
  12. 2 tablespoons - Chili Powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Paprika
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Dried Oregano
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cayenne Pepper
  16. 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cumin
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  18. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper

Directions:

Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.
Place turkey in pot cook until done; stir in onion, cook until tender
Pour chicken broth in the pot, and mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, and garlic.
Season with all spices; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Voila.

Can be served over brown rice.
