Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
- 1 pounds - Ground Turkey
- 1 - Chopped Onion
- 2 cups - Unsalted Chicken Broth
- 1 cans - 28 oz crushed tomatos
- 1 cans - 16oz kidney beans rinsed, drained, mashed
- 1/2 cups - Carrots chopped
- 1/2 cups - Celery chopped
- 1/2 cups - Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoons - Minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoons - Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.
Place turkey in pot cook until done; stir in onion, cook until tender
Pour chicken broth in the pot, and mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, and garlic.
Season with all spices; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Voila.
Can be served over brown rice.
