Turkey/Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust 15oz package
  2. 2 cups - Cooked Turkey or Chicken diced
  3. 2 cups - Frozen Mixed Vegetables thawed
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Dried Thyme Leaves
  5. 1 jars - Roasted turkey or chicken gravy 12 oz
  6. 1 - Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust 15oz package
  7. 2 cups - Cooked Turkey or Chicken diced
  8. 2 cups - Frozen Mixed Vegetables thawed
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Dried Thyme Leaves
  10. 1 jars - Roasted turkey or chicken gravy 12 oz

Directions:

Heat oven to 400°F. Soften pie crust as directed on package. Remove 1 crust from pouch; unfold. Place crust in bottom and up sides of 1-quart casserole.
In medium saucepan, combine all filling ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high & beat, stirring frequently. Pour into crust-lined casserole. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slits in several places in top crust. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. If necessary, cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.
