Turkey Almond Quiche

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
  2. 1 1/4 cups - milk
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 1 1/2 cups - chopped cooked turkey
  5. 1/2 cups - toasted almonds finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cups - to 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1 Tbsp reserved
  7. 1 - chicken bouillon cube crumbled
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - dry mustard
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - basil, crumbled
  11. - pie shell

Directions:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk, then eggs.

Set aside 1 tablespoon each of almonds and green onion for later. Stir remaining almonds, turkey, onion, bouillon cube, salt and spices into creamed mixture.

Pour mixture into pie shell (or small individual shells) and bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes.

Garnish with reserved almonds and green onion.
