Turkey Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - shredded cooked turkey breast
  2. 1 cups - frozen chopped collard greens or spinach thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  3. 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
  6. 1 - garlic clove minced
  7. 1 packages - (1 pound) Italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)
  8. 1/2 cups - light Alfredo sauce (such as Contadina)
  9. 3/4 cups - (3 ounces) shredded fontina cheese
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - crushed red pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix the first six ingredients; toss well.

Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle the top with the turkey mixture. Cover with cheese and red pepper.

Bake at 450° for 12 minutes or until crust is crisp. Cut into 6 pieces.
