Ingredients:

  1. 8 - Cream Cheese
  2. 2 tablespoons - Chili Sauce
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Tabasco
  4. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire Sauce
  5. 2 tablespoons - Parsley finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cups - Onion finely minced
  7. 3 whole - Cans Tuna Fish 7 oz. cans
  8. - Mayonnaise
  9. - Parsley Sprigs
  10. - Pimento Strips
  11. - Capers

Directions:

Beat together the cream cheese, chili sauce, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, choppped parsley, and onion. Drain the tuna and gradually add to cheese mixture, beating until well blended. Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
Shape mixture into a pyramid and cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place a row of parsley sprigs around the base. Make garlands from the pimento strips and capers.
