Ingredients:
- 1 quarts - Hard Cider
- 3 1/2 teaspoons - Honey
- 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 4 - Cloves
- 2 whole - Star Anise
- 2 sticks - Cinnamon
Directions:
Heat ingredients to around 175 degrees. Try not to boil. Hold temperature steady 25 minutes, then ladle into cups. Garnish with dried apple slices.
