Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - onion chopped
- 1 pounds - pork ground
- 1 1/2 cloves - garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
- dashes - cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoons - thyme
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 teaspoons - savory
- 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons - rolled oats
- - beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups - onion chopped
- 1 pounds - pork ground
- 1 1/2 cloves - garlic
- 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
- dashes - cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoons - thyme
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 teaspoons - savory
- 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons - rolled oats
- - beef broth
Directions:
1. Cook pork after browning 45 minutes with broth and oats until thick, covered.
2. Fill tourtière shell and bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then at 400° for 10 minutes.
