Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - onion chopped
  2. 1 pounds - pork ground
  3. 1 1/2 cloves - garlic
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
  5. dashes - cayenne
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - thyme
  7. 1 - bay leaf
  8. 1 teaspoons - savory
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  10. 2 tablespoons - rolled oats
  11. - beef broth
  12. 1 1/2 cups - onion chopped
  13. 1 pounds - pork ground
  14. 1 1/2 cloves - garlic
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
  16. dashes - cayenne
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - thyme
  18. 1 - bay leaf
  19. 1 teaspoons - savory
  20. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  21. 2 tablespoons - rolled oats
  22. - beef broth

Directions:

1. Cook pork after browning 45 minutes with broth and oats until thick, covered.
2. Fill tourtière shell and bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then at 400° for 10 minutes.
