Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  2. 1/3 cups - onion chopped
  3. 1 teaspoons - minced garlic
  4. 1 quarts - Knorr's chicken broth
  5. 1 1/3 cups - tomatoes diced
  6. 2 teaspoons - fresh dill
  7. 2 - chili peppers
  8. 1/2 - ripe avocado sliced, for garnish
  9. 4 tablespoons - sour cream for garnish
  10. 1/4 cups - Monterey Jack cheese for garnish
  11. 4 - corn tortillas for serving with

Directions:

Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil until onion is tender.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and dill weed; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Cut up chili peppers (take seeds out); serve soup with desired garnishes.
