Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - medium carrots sliced
  2. 1 bunches - green onions sliced
  3. 3 cups - water
  4. 3 - chicken bouillon cubes or 3 T. granules
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - dried marjoram
  6. 1 tablespoons - Italian seasoning
  7. 14 ounces - cheese or meat filled tortellini uncooked, refrigerated or frozen (thawed)
  8. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese grated

Directions:

Heat carrots, onions, water, bouillon, marjoram and Italian seasoning to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Stir in tortellini. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes or until tortellini are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with a side salad and sliced French bread.
