Tortellini Carbonara

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Parsley Copped
  2. 1 packages - Cheese Tortellini 9 oz.
  3. 8 strips - Bacon Chopped
  4. 1 cups - Heavy Whipping Cream
  5. 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

1. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Pour off the drippings.
3. In the same pan, combine the cream, cheese, parsley, and bacon; heat through over medium heat. Stir in the tortellini. Serve immediately.
