Ingredients:
- 6 - large ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cups - crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoons - salt, or to taste
- 1 tubs - hearty mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoons - olive oil
Directions:
Whisk the salt, mustard, pepper, vinegar and oil together. Set aside. Slice the tomatoes thickly and place on a platter. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Spoon the dressing over the tomatoes.
