Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons - Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoons - Cilantro Finely chopped
- 3 pieces - Jalapenos Finely chooped
- 2 whole - Tomatoes Ground to paste
- 1 whole - Onion Finely chopped
- 1 cups - Sooji
- 3/4 cups - Rice flour
- 1/4 cups - Maida
- 1 cups - Sooji
- 3/4 cups - Rice flour
- 1/4 cups - Maida
- 2 teaspoons - Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoons - Cilantro Finely chopped
- 3 pieces - Jalapenos Finely chooped
- 2 whole - Tomatoes Ground to paste
- 1 whole - Onion Finely chopped
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and add enough water to make a watery batter.
Chop finely cut onions, add to the mix and then pour over dosa pan. The trick is to have the batter watery and pour it more like sprinkling on the pan rather than making a dosa
