Tomato, Hamburger, Macaroni Goulash

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - lean ground beef
  2. 1 cans - (19 - 28 ounce) Italian stewed tomatoes use more if adding more Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 - medium onion chopped
  4. 1 cloves - garlic minced, or more to taste
  5. 1/4 cups - to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  6. 3 cups - macaroni (before cooked, approximately) use a little less or more as desired

Directions:

Fry ground beef in large size frying pan until almost all red is gone. Add chopped onion and garlic and continue frying until beef is completely cooked.

Add the tomatoes and parmesan cheese and stir completely. Lower heat and simmer while you cook the macaroni (about 20 minutes).

When macaroni is done, just mix it all together and serve.
