Tomato, Basil and Feta Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - medium tomatoes in a variety of types and colors sliced
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  4. 3 tablespoons - olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
  6. 1/2 cups - torn fresh basil
  7. 1/2 cups - crumbled tomato basil feta cheese

Directions:

On a large platter, arrange tomato slices, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Cover and let stand for at least 1 hour and up to 2 hours.

Uncover; sprinkle with basil and cheese.
