Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Sesame seeds
- 2/3 cups - Uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 teaspoons - Reduced-fat margarine
- 1 1/2 cups - Fresh spinach
- 1 cloves - Garlic
- 3 tablespoons - Skim milk
- 2 tablespoons - Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons - Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black pepper
Directions:
1. Wash your hands well with soap and hot water.
2. Place the sesame seeds in a small skillet. Cook over medium heat until they are golden brown, stirring constantly. Set them aside.
3. Cook the orzo pasta according to the package directions, but do not add salt. Drain and set aside.
4. Melt the margarine in a medium skillet. Add the spinach and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the spinach is wilted.
5. To the skillet, add the pasta, milk, cheese, oregano, paprika, and pepper. Cook over low heat until heated through.
6. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
