Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons - butter softened
- 1/2 cups - firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 pinchs - salt
- 2 tablespoons - Jack Daniel's Whiskey or 3 tbps, if preferred
- - pecan halves or marshmallows for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
