Tipsy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  2. 4 tablespoons - butter softened
  3. 1/2 cups - firmly packed light brown sugar
  4. 1 pinchs - salt
  5. 2 tablespoons - Jack Daniel's Whiskey or 3 tbps, if preferred
  6. - pecan halves or marshmallows for topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole.

Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
