Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - oil
  2. 2 pounds - tilapia
  3. - fresh parsley to taste
  4. - crushed red pepper to taste
  5. 4 cups - cherry tomato halves
  6. 1 cups - Kalamata or black olives
  7. 6 cloves - garlic minced

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet; sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

Add fish to skillet; saute. Add parsley, red pepper, tomatoes, olives and garlic.

Saute until tomatoes soften. Season with salt and pepper.
