Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - oil
- 2 pounds - tilapia
- - fresh parsley to taste
- - crushed red pepper to taste
- 4 cups - cherry tomato halves
- 1 cups - Kalamata or black olives
- 6 cloves - garlic minced
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet; sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Add fish to skillet; saute. Add parsley, red pepper, tomatoes, olives and garlic.
Saute until tomatoes soften. Season with salt and pepper.
