Thumbprints or Tartlets Filled with Jalapeno Jelly

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sharp cheddar cheese grated
  2. 1 sticks - butter softened (1/2 cup)
  3. 1 cups - flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - paprika
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients well; cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Use a rounded teaspoon of dough and either form into a mini-muffin pan or place on a baking sheet and make a fairly deep thumbprint in each.
Fill with your choice of Luscombe Farm Jellies and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool before serving (or as long as you can stand to wait!)
