Three Herb Butter

Ingredients:

  1. 1 sticks - unsalted butter at room temperature
  2. 2 tablespoons - finely chopped tarragon
  3. 2 tablespoons - finely c hopped flat-leaf parsley
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - finely chopped thyme
  5. 1/2 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  6. - kosher salt and pepper

Directions:

In a medium bowl, blend the softened butter with the chopped tarragon, parsley and thyme. Stir in the lemon juice.

Season with kosher salt and pepper and serve.

Make ahead: The herb butter can be wrapped in plastic and refrigerated for up to 3 days. Serve at room temperature.
