Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - yogurt plain
- 1/2 teaspoons - Hot Horseradish
- 1 teaspoons - Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons - powdered Cumin or Caraway Seed
- 1 teaspoons - Lemon Grated
- 1 pinchs - Salt and Pepper
- 1 bunches - Leaf Lettuce Washed and dried
- 1/2 pounds - Appenzeller Cheese Cubed
- 4 - Hard Boiled Duck Eggs Peeled and coursely chopped
- 1 - Small Red Onion Peeled and Minced
Directions:
Make dressing first; Mix together yogurt, hot horseradish, dry mustard, cumin (caraway) and grated lemon rind, salt and pepper to taste.
Wash and dry about 8 small to medium sized lettuce leaves, store in plastic bag and refrigerate.
Mix cheese, eggs, onion, salt and pepper, toss lightly with dressing, and put into a plastic container and chill.
To serve: Line a bowl with lettuce leaves, scoop salad into bowl.
