  1. 1 - egg
  2. 1 tablespoons - vinegar
  3. 5 cups - flour
  4. 2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 blocks - lard


Break the egg into a measuring cup. Add the vinegar to the egg. Mix the two together well. Fill up the measuring cup with the egg/vinegar mixture with water to the 1 cup mark.

Then mix together the flour, salt and lard. Slowly add the egg/water mixture. Use your hands. Get into it!!

This will make 3 large pies both top and bottom or 6 single shell pies.

I make it into 6 balls and wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Take what you need when you need it. Freezes awesome!!
