Ingredients:

  1. - Absinthe for rinse
  2. 1 1/2 ounces - Montinore White Verjus
  3. 3/4 ounces - Scotch Whisky
  4. 1/4 ounces - Yellow Chartreuse

Directions:

Rinse a snifter with absinthe. Stir remaining ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with orange peel.
