The Best Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  1. 1 loaves - French bread, sliced
  2. 2 whole - Tomatoes Thinly sliced
  3. 1/2 jars - Canyon Foods Basil Pesto w/ Pine Nuts
  4. 1 packages - Smoked Provolone cheese slices
  5. 1 packages - Mozzarella cheese slices
  6. - Butter


Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make desired amount of sandwiches y spreading pesto onto bread and then layering cheese and tomatoes. Add about 1 T butter and allow to melt. Cook sandwiches on both sides until golden brown, adding more butter if needed.
