Ingredients:
- 1 ounces - real grenadine
- 3/4 ounces - lemon juice
- 4 dashes - Peychaud's bitters
- 3 - mint leaves
- - ice
- 2 ounces - chilled tonic water
- - mint sprig if desired, for garnish
Directions:
Combine grenadine, lemon juice, bitters and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until tin is well-frosted and very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
Top with chilled tonic water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
