Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces - unsweetened coconut water
- 1/2 ounces - strong ginger syrup
- 1/2 ounces - pineapple gum syrup
- 1/2 ounces - lime juice
- 2 dashes - Angostura bitters
- 1 leaves - basil torn in half
- 3 leaves - mint
- - crushed ice
- - chilled soda water
- - lime wedge optional, for garnish
Directions:
Combine coconut water, syrups, lime juice, bitters, basil and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until tin is well frosted and very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice.
Top with chilled soda water; garnish with a lime wedge.
