Thai Peanut Pork with Red Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - pork loin
  2. 2 - red bell peppers
  3. 1/3 cups - soy sauce
  4. 1/3 cups - chunky peanut butter
  5. 1 tablespoons - fresh ginger grated
  6. 1 cups - chicken broth
  7. 3 tablespoons - honey
  8. 2 cloves - garlic
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - red pepper flakes

Directions:

Toss everything in cooker and cook on low 5-6 hours.

Remove lid an hour before finished to thicken sauce.
