Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons - fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons - dark brown sugar
- 1 - serrano chili (or 2, if you prefer) minced
- 4 cloves - garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons - ginger minced
- 1/3 cups - basil finely chopped
- 1/3 cups - mint finely chopped
- 1/3 cups - cilantro finely chopped
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until it forms a thick puree.
