Thai Chili Herb Paste

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - soy sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons - fish sauce
  3. 2 tablespoons - dark brown sugar
  4. 1 - serrano chili (or 2, if you prefer) minced
  5. 4 cloves - garlic minced
  6. 3 tablespoons - ginger minced
  7. 1/3 cups - basil finely chopped
  8. 1/3 cups - mint finely chopped
  9. 1/3 cups - cilantro finely chopped

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until it forms a thick puree.
