Ingredients:
- 1 packages - broccoli slaw found in vegetable dept. at grocery store
- 1 - fresh serrano pepper sliced in tiny rings, very thin
- 1 cups - chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 6 - green onions chopped tiny
- 16 - peanuts or soy nuts chopped, toss in right before serving
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 6 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
- 1 packages - Sweet & Low
- 1 tablespoons - kosher salt coarse salt
- 1 tablespoons - fresh minced ginger root
- 2 cloves - garlic minced
- 1 - serrano pepper seeded, minced
Directions:
Prepare dressing and toss with the above ingredients except for peanuts. Chill.
Toss in peanuts right before serving. Keeps very well.
