Ingredients:
- 1 cups - sugar
- 1/4 cups - margarine
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 1 cups - flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons - cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/4 cups - margarine
- 2 tablespoons - cocoa
- 3 tablespoons - milk
- 1/2 tablespoons - vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups - powdered sugar
Directions:
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes in 6x9-inch baking pan.
