Texas Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - frozen hash browns thawed
  2. 1/2 cups - butter melted
  3. 1 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
  5. 1 cups - chopped onions
  6. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  7. 12 ounces - sour cream
  8. - slices of cheese or shredded cheese for topping

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients, except for cheese, in a large bowl.

Place mixture in ungreased 9-x-13-inch pan and cover top of mixture with sliced or shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.
