  2. 1 cans - black-eyed peas drained, rinsed
  3. 1 cans - shoe-peg corn drained, rinsed
  4. 1 cups - chopped green pepper
  5. 1 cups - chopped celery
  6. 1/2 jars - (small jar) jalapenos rinsed
  7. 1/2 cups - cider vinegar
  8. 1/2 cups - sugar
  9. 1/2 cups - salad oil
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  11. 1 1/4 teaspoons - pepper

Combine and marinade 8 hours before serving.
