Texas Brew Hot & Creamy Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 4 whole - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 cups - +2 T Texas Brew Honey Roasted Chipotle salsa, hot
  3. 1 cans - 10.5-oz cream of chicken soup
  4. 12 ounces - Cream cheese Cubed & softened
  5. 1 cups - Mayonnaise (real mayo)
  6. 2 whole - Poblano peppers Roasted & finely chopped
  7. 1 cups - Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded

Directions:

Boil chicken breasts in water to cover w/ 2 T of salsa until very tender & shreddable. Drain, let cool & shred.

Combne remaining 1/2 salsa, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, mayonnaise, poblano peppers, cheddar cheese and chicken in a slow cooker. Mix well.

Cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until all cream cheese has melted and is bubbly hot.

Serve hot w/ chips for dipping or over baked potatoes.
