Tex-Mex Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Spiral Pasta Uncooked
  2. 1 pounds - Ground Beef
  3. 1 jars - Salsa 16 oz.
  4. 1 cans - Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 10.75 oz, undiluted
  5. 1 cups - Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2. Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the salsa, soup and half a cup of cheese; heat through.
3. Drain pasta; stir into the meat mixture. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake until cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes.
