Tex-Mex Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - boneless thick center cut loin chops
  2. 1 1/2 - salsa

Directions:

Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add chops; brown on one side, then turn. Add salsa to skillet. Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 8 minutes or until done.
