Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger Ground
- 2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic Minced
- 4 tablespoons - Cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons - Water Cold
- 1 1/2 cups - Soy Sauce
- 1 cups - Water
- 2/3 cups - Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 tablespoons - Honey
Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, ginger, olive oil, and garlic to a boil over medium heat. Let cook 1 minute.
While it is cooking mix cornstarch and water in a small mixing bowl. Pour slurry into boiling sauce, whisking constantly until sauce is begins to thicken. Remove from heat.
