Teriyaki Salmon*

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - sesame oil
  2. 1/4 cups - lemon juice
  3. 1/4 cups - soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  5. 1 tablespoons - sesame seeds
  6. 1 teaspoons - ground mustard
  7. 1 tablespoons - ground ginger
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - garlic powder
  9. 4 - salmon filets

Directions:

Mix the ingredients together in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat to a simmer. Cook until the sugar dissolves.
Pour marinade into a resealable bag. Squeeze air out of the bag. Place filets in the marinade for at least 1 hour. Remove filets. Drain and discard remaining marinade.
Place filets on a foil covered broiler pan. broil for about 5 mins, turn filets, broil for about 10 minutes more.
