Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - Ground Beef
- - Soy Sauce subjective
- - Brown Sugar quantity is subjective
- 1 cloves - Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger ground
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 slices - Bread broken into small pieces
- 1/4 - Milk (non-dairy OK)
Directions:
Break up the ground beef into a large bowl. Add enough soy sauce until the meat starts to turn a light brown. Add brown sugar and mix with your hands--you'll know if you have enough brown sugar when your hands get a light coating of brown sugar on them. Add 1 clove of garlic, minced, 1-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce, bread, and milk.
Form the meat into patties and cook.
