Teriyaki Beer Skirt Steak

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - Skirt Steak
  2. 1/2 cups - Beer
  3. 1/4 cups - Teriyaki Sauce (Mr Yoshidas)
  4. 1/4 cups - Brown Sugar
  5. 1 tablespoons - Black Pepper Season Mix
  6. 1 - Red Bell Pepper cut in strips
  7. 1 - Green Bell Pepper cut in strips
  8. 2 - Sweet Onions cut in strips
  9. 3 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  10. 2 tablespoons - Balsamic Vinegar
  11. - Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Directions:

Mix beer, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and season mix.

In a zip loc, put marinade and skirt steak. 5-6 hours or overnight.

In a zip loc, marinade vegetables in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Set aside.

On the grill, grill vegetables to desired tenderness; about 10-15 minutes. Or grill on stove griddle.

Grill steak 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak at an angle.

Serve meat and vegetables piled on Hawaiian sweet rolls.
