Tart Cherry Vinagrette

  1. 1/4 cups - Tart cherries Pitted fresh or thawed frozen
  2. 2 - Cardamom pods
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  5. 1/4 cups - Olive oil
  6. - Salt and pepper


Combine cherries, cardamom, vinegar and mustard in a blender and pulse till chunky. With the blender on low stream in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
