Tarragon Chicken and Artichokes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - boneless chicken breast
  2. 1 teaspoons - sea salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - fresh ground pepper
  4. 1 tablespoons - flour or coconut flour
  5. 3 tablespoons - dried tarragon
  6. 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoons - unsalted butter
  8. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  9. 1 cans - artichokes quartered
  10. 1 jars - favorite marinara sauce
  11. - cooked pasta for serving with

Directions:

Take chicken and cut into cubes. Place in a large sealable bag; add salt, pepper, flour and tarragon. Seal and shake to coat all chicken pieces.

Heat a large saute pan or braising pan (with a cover) over medium-high heat; add in olive oil and butter. When butter melts and begins to bubble, add in the coated chicken. Cook until all sides have browned, about 7 minutes.

Add in garlic and artichokes and allow to cook for 3 more minutes.

Lower the temperature to a simmer and add in sauce; cover for 5 minutes.
