Ingredients:
- 24 - foil cupcake liners
- 24 - vanilla wafers
- 16 ounces - cream cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
Directions:
Place 1 vanilla wafer inside each foil liner (in cupcake pans). Beat ingredients for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy. Bake 25 minutes at 325. Cool and chill. Top with cherry pie filling.
