Brief Description
Like the title says, this is a great salad to take along to potlucks and picnics. If you want crisp taco shells, don`t mix them in until right before serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 3/4 cups - water
- 1 1/4 ounces - Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 2 cups - shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cups - Taco Sauce
- 12 - Taco Shells or White Corn Taco Shells, warmed and crumbled
- 1 cups - red onion, chopped
- 1 cups - mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- - Chopped tomatoes optional
- - Sliced ripe olives optional
Directions:
BROWN beef; drain. Add water and seasoning mix. Prepare according to seasoning mix directions; cool.
COMBINE sour cream and taco sauce in small bowl. Toss taco shells, lettuce, onion, cheese, tomatoes and olives in large, resealable plastic bag. Add beef mixture and sour cream mixture; toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with additional taco sauce, if desired.
