Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - Mini marshmallows
  2. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  4. 2 cups - Dried apples
  5. 1 cups - Salted peanuts
  6. 20 ounces - Pineapple chunks save juice
  7. 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
  8. 1 - Egg beaten
  9. 12 ounces - Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix pineapple and mini marshmallows. Chill overnight. Cook juice, sugar, vinegar, flour and egg until thick (pudding consistency). Chill overnight. Next day, mix in with all ingredients.
