Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - Miniature marshmallows
  2. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  4. 2 cups - Dried apples tart Granny Smith
  5. 1 cups - Salted peanuts
  6. 20 ounces - Pineapple chunks can; save juice
  7. 1 tablespoons - Vinegar
  8. 1 - Egg beaten
  9. 12 ounces - Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix pineapple, marshmallows, Cool Whip. Refrigerate

Mix sugar, juice, vinegar, flour and egg in pan and cook until thick. Chill.

Add apples to all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

Add peanuts. Serve.
