    Taco tray can be prepared up-to one day ahead of serving, but you will have to wait to add the last three ingredients: cheese, tomatoes and olives. *Salsa and sour cream is an estimated amount; if spread on too thickly your tray will be runny.

Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - refried beans
  2. 1 packages - taco seasoning
  3. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  4. 1/2 cups - guacamole Optional
  5. 1/2 cups - Salsa
  6. 3 - Scallions thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 heads - shredded lettuce
  8. 8 ounces - shredded Fiesta or Mexican Cheese
  9. 1 - diced tomatoes
  10. 2 ounces - sliced black olive
  11. 1 bags - Favorite taco chips
  12. 16 ounces - refried beans
  13. 1 packages - taco seasoning
  14. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  15. 1/2 cups - guacamole Optional
  16. 1/2 cups - Salsa
  17. 3 - Scallions thinly sliced
  18. 1/2 heads - shredded lettuce
  19. 8 ounces - shredded Fiesta or Mexican Cheese
  20. 1 - diced tomatoes
  21. 2 ounces - sliced black olive
  22. 1 bags - Favorite taco chips

Directions:

Mix taco seasoning with refried beans, spread evenly over round tray. (I prefer taco bell beans and seasoning, as well as salsa.) Add a thin layer of sour cream, guacamole(optional - I don't use), salsa and scallions. Then add enough lettuce to cover the entire tray, then shredded cheese, tomatoes and finally olives.
